There are two options for delivery:

1. After you checkout you can select the Courier option which is between R95-R120 up to 5kg. Depending on your province.
2. Or you can use local pick up from Baba Boo Designs In Gauteng Rivonia.

Delivery of items

Bamboo Items:

Can take between 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Custom Bedding:

Can take between 4-5 weeks for delivery.

T-shirt Bedding:

Can take between 10-14 working days for delivery.

Canvas:

Can take between 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Some times delivery is much sooner.

If you’re not happy with a product or it has been damaged when you received it, simply email us and tell us about your issue. We will assess on a case by case basis, and provide feedback on the process to follow.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund based on the method and preference of the refund. See below of timings of refunds:

EFT Refund – Up to 7 business days processing time.

**Please note that you will only be refunded for the products in question and not any delivery fees that were paid.

• A 10% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses 
• A 25% damages fee for returned orders where product packaging has been damaged

Care instructions for Cotton Products:

Some important tips to always follow when washing our 100% cotton products:

To keep blankets beautiful (as there is no mix of other fibres its purely 100% Cotton Fibre) the wash care is as follows:

Machine wash on a 40° gentle cycle.

Wash Separately.

An auto soap can be used, but pure soap is highly recommended (such as Woolite).

Can be line/hang dried outside.

Best recommendation is for it to be Tumble-dried.

All Canvas designs are done according to the requirements of a client, No two design is the same this what makes it a unique and beautiful gifting and keepsake item.

Once the design is approved with the client. The Design gets printed on a high quality canvas and stretched on a wooden frame.
